Very cool. I missed that when it was posted originally. Lots of memories tied to that room, and to those people. Gordy, Uncle Sherman, Sully - even Elsbeth Lansman, who was later the music director at KPIG but is in diapers here.

Gordy was one of my favorites. I never got to meet him but he was on mornings and I managed to record him a few times. High times and misdemeanors meets olive drab and gama goats meets ocean fog banks meets the smells of Salinas sugar beet rendering . I would respend those youthful days in a heartbeast...
