Newwwwmannnnnnnnnnn !  (from Seinfeld)

This is looking good.  The cast is shaping up.  Bill Pullman is in the cast, too.

I'd like to go back and watch the old Tom Baker stuff one more time.  He was my favorite Dr.  Its all recorded at ep speed so I am sure its not in the best condition.

I've seen those episodes listing for $20 per on DVD.  No way for this José.

Off to bed, that fruitcake made me sleepy.  {#Wink}

I'll have to see if I can feed it to the puter.  Two of my puters have rca jacks.  It would be analog rip like a vcr to puter.  Never tried it.

Hmmm.

Somewhere I have years of old Dr Who on vhs from nearly 20 years ago.  Gawd what a project that would be.

I'm DVRing it at any rate.  Its 45 min. so it is made for a 1 hour slot with commercials.  They showed the episode twice in a row.

Its looking real good.  Natch, its a cliffhanger.  Same production company as Dr.Who, Russell Davies.

I don't think that's the case. I think Starz owns it now. It's being referred to as "A Starz Original Series."

We have Dish.  The only reason we have Starz is that all Dish subscribers get Starz free for a year.

I'm sure it will be on BBC America soon.  Its still a BBC production.

My condolences on your satellite provider.

We don't either. Nor do we have HBO or SHO. In fact, we don't have any premium channels. But we do have patience, and streaming Netflix. And we haven't watched the end of the last season yet.

For some reason I thought there was a Torchwood thread already.  It must be entertwined in the Dr Who thread.

But I just stumbled onto a renewal on Starz.  Episode 1 is being rebroadcast, on now.  Supposed to run every Friday at 10 Eastern.

Some of the original cast is present including the original Jack Harper.
