I actually got good news yesterday.

Turns out I'm the only offer left (out of three) on the house I've been trying to buy since December.

Now it's just more waiting.

Exactly.  The youngest grandmother I ever met was when we were living down in La Junta, Co.  Co-worker.  She was 32.  Kee-ripes.  That's just scary.

I was taking Augusta to school this winter and the office manager there, she and I graduated together, she runs some 5th grader out of the office and says something like Get out and Shape UP you little turd! So I was picking my jaw up offa the floor and she says, "It's okay, he's my grandson." and she's 46. So about the same deal as yours. Where's my cane?
