Yep, I also try to keep regular backups of preferences and bookmarks for de-borking. I know how to go in and grab the files I need by hand myself, but I've found that Mozbackup works just fine and requires no brainpower. It puts the backups in whatever the previous storage folder was , unless you tell it different.

Also, I've noticed bizarre behavior in Firefox 4 if the caps lock button is on,which it seems to turn on by itself occasionally.

The "back" and "forward" buttons (upper left of browser) are inactive (greyed-out) when I use Firefox 4.  I can go back by left clicking on those buttons and getting the "History" list, but that is far from convenient. I'm also getting two title bars - as if one browser window is nested in another - both with the three buttons (minimize, maximize, and close) in the upper right.  Clicking any of them affects both "browsers".  Is anyone else experiencing these things with Firefox 4?

As an alternative you could install the Radio Paradise Firefox Addon. It has a refresh option which shows you the current song (and you can use it to vote as well)

It only happens when there is another window open.

Yes in the FF4 release version they changes its updater so it is automatic only as far as I can tell. They dont even have the manual "check for updates" thingy in the "help" menu anymore

Automatic updates can be disabled/enabled under the Advanced tab in the options menu.

This is a known (by Bill) javascript library issue on the RP site affecting FF4.

I have, It is not based on Webkit like Safari and Chrome is. I am comparing it with Chrome the last couple days and Chrome is noticeably faster though FF4 has many more features.
