For the sake of clarity and context: She is not "literally at work" and I'm not sure if college students are considered "children".   She's a (former) adjunct art professor who was fired from Hunter College in Manhattan.  She was not at work in those photos - she was on the street in front of, and in the hallway of her Bronx apartment where NY Post reporters came to "interview" her.  However, she is certainly a "nut", if not a stronger term.
