The vehicles? Depending how much and what kind of property we end up with, it could be a 45 Hp tractor, riding lawnmower, '83 Toyota truck 4x4, 1999 Mazda Miata. Probably another small 4x4. In a perfect world I'd get a four-post auto lift in the garage.

There is a lot of potential there, I did a quick search and found several properties that looked good.
